You retain full copyright of your original User Content

You grant SongWorld a limited license to store, display, and enable sharing of your User Content as described in our Terms of Service

You can remove your User Content at any time, which will terminate the license (except as needed for backups and legal compliance)

Copyright Representation

By uploading User Content, you represent that:

You own all rights to the content, or

Using SongWorld for Copyrighted Works

Personal Use

SongWorld tools can be used to learn, practice, and perform copyrighted songs for personal, non-commercial use under fair use/fair dealing principles in many jurisdictions.

Limitations

You may not use SongWorld to:
